Welcome to Jakarta Pet House Boarding Services. By accessing or using our website at https://boarding.jakartapethouse.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using any of our pet boarding, daycare, or related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting a booking request, or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the latest version will be posted here with the date of last update.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateway. A non-refundable deposit of 25% applies to all confirmed bookings. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in are non-refundable. For cancellations made 72+ hours in advance, a full refund (minus processing fees) may be issued at our discretion.

3. Pet Requirements & Health Policies

All pets must be up to date on core vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP for dogs; FVRCP for cats), and must provide proof of vaccination at least 48 hours before check-in. Pets showing signs of illness, aggression, or contagious conditions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund if health or behavioral requirements are not met.

4. Liability & Limitations

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, Jakarta Pet House Boarding Services is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or death resulting from pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, unforeseen emergencies, or pet behavior beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is strictly limited to the total value of the booking fee. We strongly recommend pet insurance for added protection.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and booking. You are responsible for ensuring your pet is properly vaccinated, parasite-free, and behaviorally suited for group or shared environments. You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or special needs in writing prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in service denial or additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and software—is the property of Jakarta Pet House Boarding Services and protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
